Where is the Museum Shop located?
The Museum Shop is located at Fundacion Sanso, 32 V Cruz, Brgy. Sta. Lucia, San Juan City, Metro Manila.

What are your opening hours?
We are open daily from Monday-Saturday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Except holidays.

What are the payment options?
We accept payments via Paypal, Paymongo, Credit Card or Debit Card, and manual payments through online bank transfer.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Metro Manila takes up to 1-2 business days. Provincial delivery takes up to 3-4 business days. While International delivery takes 5-7 business days.

How much are the shipping costs?

METRO MANILA
Motorcycle courier delivery:

within San Juan City - Php 100
within Mandaluyong, Pasig - Php 150
within Manila, Makati, Taguig, Quezon City - Php 200
within Pasay, Muntinlupa, Cavite - Php 350

PROVINCIAL
We will send an invoice for the exact rate of your package after checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL
The shipping fee will depend on the delivery address and weight of the package. This will be calculated upon checkout.

What are the delivery methods?

METRO MANILA
We use third-party couriers through Lalamove or Grab. For fragile items such as framed Giclee, etchings, and bulk orders, we highly recommend choosing the “Pick-up at our store” option.

PROVINCIAL
Provincial orders are shipped through LBC.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped through DHL Express.


RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted only if our shop has provided incomplete or wrong items. We may also consider returns if the items are damaged upon delivery. Requests for returns or exchanges must be given within 3 days of receiving your order.
